What does "Contents Copyright © 1996-2003 Kevin Nagle" mean to you?

That means, everything here isn't yours! Please *ask* before you take anything for your site. Feel free to download anything for your own personal enjoyment on your computer. *That* means that you can steal my stuff for private use only-- don't sell it, don't market it, and don't claim that it belongs to you. I don't believe in "marking up" my pictures with my web site address or any other crap-- if you want them for a screen saver on your personal computer, go for it! Just don't sell it, etc. The "Late Show" background is copyright © 1994-2001 by CBS Inc., and is used by me with permission. Don't use it, because that creepy CBS eye will find you and sue your pants off. I'm serious-- well, maybe not the eye, but it'll be a creepy CBS lawyer instead. Did you think my site was official? Thanks-- but it isn't. Brush and floss twice daily for best results. Your mileage may vary. Use only as directed. No Ovaltine, Ovaltine... Hot! or Gold Bond was used in the creation of this page. Have you heard of Phil Hendrie? I should hope so by now. e-mail me if you knew who he was before he was syndicated nationwide. Have a canned ham, suckers!

Other legal stuff:

By visiting my site, you agree to the terms outlined above. If you're a strange, demented person and you don't agree to these terms, please leave and never come back. You think I'm joking? Blah, blah, blah. Yadda, yadda, yadda. Have a nice day!
