Getting Started at UTVS!

Becoming a Member

Step One
Attend the UTVS General Meeting in Stewart Hall Room 108 on Thursday, September 10th, 2015. The social hour, which will include free food and tours of the studios, will begin at 6 p.m. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. Auditions for UTVS News anchor positions (including news, sports and meteorologist talent) will follow the meeting.

Step Two
Download and read the UTVS Handbook: Fall 2015 Edition.

Step Three
Fill out the online membership form.

Step Four
Pay the membership dues of each semester. Please bring $25 cash or check (made out to UTVS Television) to SH 15 (located in the basement of Stewart Hall). Payment may be slipped under the door if no one is there; otherwise, hand deliver to General Manager Elizabeth Burda or Station Manager Taylor Budge. Please make sure payment is clearly labeled with your name! Membership dues are to be paid by Friday, October 2nd, 2015 at 5 p.m.
